A man was killed when a tree fell on his house in Anne Arundel County, officials said.
Shortly before 11 p.m. Monday, firefighters were called to the 7700 block of Suitt Drive in the Pasadena area. A tree had gone into a single-family home and a resident was trapped, said Division Chief Michael Cox of the Anne Arundel County Fire Department.
Firefighters gained access to the home and discovered that a man had suffered fatal injuries, Cox said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
