An AP caption describes those pictured in this photo as “Supporters of Republican presidential candidate Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., [who] are dressed as Joe the Plumber”:
But CBS News reveals that one of the guys is a leader of the College Republicans, and although another is, in fact, a plumber, he’s not even an American! So it turns out McCain supporters dressed up as Joe the Plumber are really McCain supporters … dressed up as Joe the Plumber. In other news, John McCain is not really a Georgian.
