Who: City of Camden, N.J. What: A $63,000 Community Justice Grant from the New Jersey Department of Criminal Justice will be used by the city of Camden to pay students $100 each not to skip school.

Why its an outrage: Schools shouldn’t teach students how to get free money from the government.
