Reuters is reporting:
Former U.S. spy agency contractor Edward Snowden was on Wednesday granted documents that will allow him to leave a Moscow airport where he is holed up, an airport source said on Wednesday.
Well, everybody has to live somewhere and Mr. Snowden has had some time to think about where he would like to spend his remaining time on earth. It is understandable that his choice would not be Moscow since:
… the Russian capital is the 2nd most expensive city in the world for expatriates, because of high city center rent in Moscow.
Moscow might have been good enough for Kim Philby but times have changed and big time betrayal does not necessarily result, these days, in a lifetime sinecure.
