Rep. Elijah Cummings, D-Md., said Monday that FBI Director Jim Comey’s decision to announce he was reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails was a terrible error in judgment.
“I still have a tremendous amount of respect for Director Comey,” said the ranking member of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee on MSNBC. “We all make mistakes, but this is a grave mistake.”
