Crestline Hotels & Resorts Inc. announced the opening of a new 120-room Courtyard Marriott and an adjoining 78-room Residence Inn in Aberdeen adjacent to the city?s Cal Ripken Minor League Stadium.
The building exteriors are designed to replicate the old warehouse building at Camden Yards, which was adjacent to the Orioles stadium.
The two hotels are also within close proximity to Battelle, Clorox, Frito Lay, Rite Aid, Pier 1 and the Aberdeen Proving Ground-Army Ordnance Center.
The hotels are a development of Aberdeen Hotels-Baseball Park LLC and feature more than 2,200 square feet of hotel and meeting space, along with parking facilities, a swimming pool, restaurants and a fitness center.
