D.C. police are asking for help finding the person who fatally stabbed a 19-year-old in the city’s Shaw neighborhood. Police said officers found Dalontray Williams suffering from a stab wound in the lobby of the Kennedy Recreation Center shortly after 7 p.m. Thursday. Investigators learned that the stabbing happened on the 1500 block of Seventh Street NW, police said.
Williams was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
No arrests have been made in the slaying. Anyone who has information about the stabbing is asked to call police at 202-727-9099 or 888-919-CRIME. Tipsters can also send a text message to 50411.
