Man arrested in triple stabbing in Annapolis

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Authorities say a 25-year-old man has been charged in connection with a triple stabbing last week at an apartment in Annapolis.

Marcus Levon Freeman has been charged with attempted second-degree murder and first-degree assault. He was being held at the Anne Arundel County Detention Center on $1.2 million bond.

Police say three people were stabbed at an apartment in the 700 block of Newtowne Drive, near Forest Drive, on Friday. Their injuries were not life-threatening.

Authorities say Freeman lives in the same apartment complex.
