A food delivery man was shot in Southeast D.C., police said.
The incident occurred at about 10 p.m. Tuesday in the 1900 block of Frederick Douglass Court Southeast. The suspect shot the victim, striking him in his hand and leg, before running away, police spokesman Officer Araz Alali said.
The delivery man was conscious and breathing when he was taken to a hospital, Alali said.
Police are looking for a black male who was wearing a black mask and a blue jacket.
