A 22-year-old D.C. man was charged with allegedly exposing himself to a group of students outside a Northwest Washington school.
About 8 a.m., Oct. 1, five students were walking in front of the Cesar Chavez Prep School, 770 Kenyon St., NW, when a man on the sidewalk allegedly exposed himself to them. The students reported the incident to their school principal, who called police.
On Friday, D.C. police arrested Kwame Booker, of the 1300 block of Park Road NW, on five counts of indecent exposure to a minor.
