Two arrested in D.C. cabbie jackings

D.C. police have arrested two people in a series of robberies involving cab drivers.

Twenty-five-year-old Henry Delonta Williams, of Southeast Washington, and a 15-year-old from Capitol Heights were arrested last week and charged with three cab robberies, police announced Wednesday.

In November, there were 11 robberies and carjackings of cab drivers in the District of Columbia. The suspects in general hailed the cabs in the area of Metro stations. Police continue to investigate the robberies.
