Michael Marshall, 25, of Southeast, was arrested Monday and is charged with second-degree murder in the death of 25-year-old Antonio Headspeth.
On Oct. 17, 2011, police found Headspeth suffering from gunshot wounds in the rear of the 1100 block of Stevens Road SE, and he was pronounced dead by a member of the medical examiner’s office.
