Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem revealed on Tuesday that she is working with the Justice Department to see if the Trump administration can prosecute CNN for promoting an app that alerts users to nearby Immigration and Customs Enforcement activity in real time.

Noem’s announcement came after the White House expressed outrage on Monday that CNN covered the “ICEBlock” app during the network’s recent programming. Border czar Tom Homan called for the DOJ to investigate the matter.
