The District agency that is responsible for ex-offenders who are under community supervision has a new leader.
Nancy M. Ware is slated to be formally installed Monday afternoon as the head of D.C.’s Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency.
The agency supervises people on probation and parole in District.
Ware previously served as the executive director for the District of Columbia Criminal Justice Coordinating Council. The U.S. Senate voted to confirm her for the six-year post in November.
