The latest charge is that repealing Obamacare would cause births.

That comes from the CBO report on the American Health Care Act, the Republicans’ repeal-and-replacement of Obamacare. That bill defunds Planned Parenthood, the dominant player in the abortion industry. Less birth control (and presumably, though the CBO doesn’t say it explicitly fewer abortions) will mean more babies. Many of them poor and rural, thus costing the taxpayers money.
