Here’s the decision by the Wisconsin Supreme Court that upheld Gov. Scott Walker’s law that curbs the collective bargaining power of public sector unions. In the process of upholding the law, the Supreme Court vacated a lower court ruling striking down the law, noting that,”one of the courts that we are charged with supervising has usurped the legislative power which the Wisconsin Constitution grants exclusively to the legislature.”
