From the Weekly Standard’s Stephen Hayes comes the news that Paul Ryan is not, even after his summer deliberations, running for president. Now the question is whether any of the Republican candidates can or will address our entitlement problems with the rigor and vigor and aggressiveness Ryan has shown. We’ll see. I’m not optimistic.
