This morning he highlights six incumbent Democratic congressmen who have called for extending the Bush tax cuts on high earners. What do they have in common? Well, five out of the six represent some of the highest income suburbs in the United States. To wit:

The 2008 exit poll showed Barack Obama carrying voters with incomes over $200,000. As Victor Davis Hanson notes,
