The Rasmussen Consumer Index, which measures consumer confidence on a daily basis, fell four points on Friday to 84.6.
Confidence has fallen on six of the seven days since last Friday’s disappointing government report on job creation. The Consumer Index is down nine points from a week ago, down seven points from a month ago and down four points from three months ago.
