It was just a matter of time before top Trump aide Stephen Miller was targeted by media book authors.
And now it’s happening.
We heard from Jean Guerrero, an NPR and PBS immigration investigative journalist who said she is penning a biography for HarperCollins.
She has written extensively from Latin America and authored several stories about the immigration crisis, some quoting those critical of the administration’s get-tough policies pushed by Miller.
And insiders said the Washington Post is also working on a critical Miller book.
Guerrero won a prize for her well-received personal story, Crux: A Cross-Border Memoir. Her reporting on the border crisis, according to the University of Arizona’s Daily Wildcat, “was cited in a congressional inquiry in February of 2018 regarding President Donald Trump’s separations of families at the border long before the subject garnered national attention.”
Associates we’ve contacted so far said they are not eager to help the biographers.
