Texas Republican Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick accused President Joe Biden of getting in the way of his state’s attempt to secure the border.
Patrick appeared on the Ingraham Angle on Thursday to respond to the Supreme Court’s ruling that said the federal government has the constitutional power to remove barbed wire on the state’s territory along the Texas-Mexico border. This ruling came as a result of the Department of Justice suing the Texas government for its various tactics to keep immigrants from illegally entering the United States. According to Patrick, the state’s tactics have been effective.
