Federal Bureau of Investigation Director James Comey appeared before a House Judiciary Committee Thursday morning, but refused to answer questions pertaining to the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email server.

Comey, who was appearing before Congress to provide a general update about the FBI, said it would be inappropriate to comment about the investigation because he didn’t want to provide any sort of bias.
