ABC’s “This Week” host Christiane Amanpour was spotted dining at Todd and Ellen Gray’s eatery Equinox on Wednesday afternoon. A Yeas & Nays spy tells us she was there with actress Tina Chen and four other ladies. The ladies noshed on Lezlee Westine‘s pulled chicken salad and the octopus and couscous salad.
