Actor Cuba Gooding Jr., in town for Congressional Black Caucus events, was spotted Thursday night at Lima. He wore a dark suit, sat at a corner table downstairs and sipped Grey Goose vodka tonics with a splash of cranberry juice. The “Jerry Maguire” star walked across the dance floor to talk and take pictures with patrons, we’re told. Also on Thursday, a trio of Democratic senators — Chuck Schumer, Dick Durbin and Frank Lautenberg — stopped by Mike Isabella’s Graffiato. They were there to try the prosecco on tap and didn’t stay for dinner.
