It looks like former White House Press Secretary Robert Gibbs has discovered the benefits to not having to give those pesky press briefings in front of television cameras all the time. A spy reported seeing a not-so-shaven Gibbs Tuesday around lunchtime, chatting outside of M & S Grill at 13th and F Streets.
