With the royal wedding over, Prince Charles has found some time to travel to Washington. His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales is scheduled to speak to Georgetown University students, faculty and staff about “The Future of Food” at a conference on Wednesday morning. Sen. Jon Tester, D-Mo., National Humanities Medal winner Wendell Berry and “Fast Food Nation” author Eric Schlosser are also expected to participate in the panel discussion. On Tuesday, Prince Charles attended a Marshall Scholar alumni reception at the Supreme Court. Marshall Scholarships are awarded each year to 40 deserving U.S. students who wish to study at a university in Britain.
