Dose of reality
After years of hoping and broken dreams, social Washington finally got a reality show in the form of “Blonde Charity Mafia,” a show starring Katherine Kennedy, Krista Johnson and Sophie Pyle that will run on Lifetime in November.
But just as soon as everyone arrived, they were gone. The 36-person-deep crew departed D.C. last week, leaving Washingtonians to fawn over their three new stars.
Sources familiar with the show thinks the results will be good come November. “It makes D.C. look super fun,” said one. “There will be plenty of beautiful people, don’t worry,” said another.
Let’s hope it’s good enough to convince MTV to finally plant “Real World” here for a season.
