That’s how much fresh produce Ris Lacoste, chef and owner at RIS, is buying from area farmers to get through this incredibly busy Restaurant Week. These three vegetables are just for gazpacho.

She made her big first purchase at the Dupont Circle Farmers Market on Sunday. The produce is picked fresh and delivered every other day to make sure the restaurant is serving the freshest possible product. Now, that is a lot of food.
