Rapper, actor and, now, orator, Common will be stopping in D.C. as part of a Black History Month tour sponsored by AT&T Corp. On Feb. 22, Common will take the stage at Howard University with communications and marketing professional Tai Beauchamp in an effort to engage influential members of the black community. In addition to his planned 28-day speaking tour in February, Common is recording his ninth album.
