Both of the Obama administration’s press secretaries, Robert Gibbs and Jay Carney, are expected to attend this weekend’s wedding of White House Special Assistant Marissa Hopkins to Georgetown Law and Harvard Kennedy School graduate Jim Secreto. Hopkins, who worked on the Obama campaign before transitioning over to media relations at the White House, worked under both press secretaries. She has also invited White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations Alyssa Mastromonaco and former White House deputy communications director Jen Psaki to the affair. We hear the vintage-inspired nuptials will take place Saturday at the Cuddle Up Pavilion and Bumper Car Pavilion at Glen Echo Park.
