Michael Oher, the Baltimore Ravens’ offensive tackle and inspiration for the movie “The Blind Side,” will be in the District on Feb. 11. Oher will be on hand at the K Street Borders to sign copies of his new memoir, “I Beat the Odds; From Homelessness to the Blind Side and Beyond.” The event starts at 12:30 p.m.
