the former South Carolina governor turned brand-new congressman, head to the Hill on Wednesday. We hear that’s when the Republican lawmaker will be sworn in. In keeping with tradition, Sanford will be sworn in on the House floor, followed by a ceremonial swearing-in at House Speaker John Boehner’s nearby office.
