Great pumpkin!
We hear that Alexandra Wentworth kept it local this week for her regular segment Friday segment on “The Oprah Winfrey Show.”
The actress, comedian and wife to ABC’s George Stephanopoulos assembled nearly 20 kids on Tuesday for a Halloween party at the Bethesda home of communications consultant Elizabeth Thorp.
Wentworth transformed the dining room into a spooky scene, as the kids bobbed for apples, carved pumpkins and showed off their costumes. And Oprah’s camera crews were there.
The segment will run on Friday, as part of the new Friday features with Mark Consuelos, Gayle King and Wentworth.
Thorp could not be reached to talk about what went down at her pad, but we hear it survived the onslaught.
