Oscar-winning actress Anna Paquin and husband Stephen Moyer were spotted at Rasika on Monday night. A Yeas & Nays spy tells us the “True Blood” stars sank their teeth into a few spicy dishes including green chili chicken, cauliflower bezule and palak chaat. Paquin sported a silk top and a leather jacket while Moyer donned a dark suit with no tie. They weren’t the only celebs to be seen savoring the spicy selections at the Penn Quarter eatery. Huffington Post’s senior political editor Howard Fineman joined “Private Practice” hunk Tim Daly for a late-night bite after Will on the Hill at the Shakespeare Theatre Company. We’re told Daly looked dapper in a gray blazer, slacks and a red striped shirt.
