Guess who we spotted getting take-out from Tune Inn on Capitol Hill Wednesday night? House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer.

Yeas & Nays saw the congressman walk out of the Southeast spot carrying a plastic bag, and then hop into the back seat of a black SUV.

We asked a bartender what Hoyer ordered, but he wouldn’t share. Boo.
