Local luxury magazine Capitol File is headed for a management makeover. Yeas & Nays has learned that publisher Susan Nixon announced her resignation to her team last week.
Nixon also revealed her plan to friends Thursday at the Knock Out Abuse gala, according to word on the street.

A fixture on the social circuit, Nixon joined the high-end glossy in December 2006. No word on who will be taking the reins.
