Actor Gary Sinise was spotted leaving downtown power spot P.J. Clarke’s around lunchtime Tuesday. He was with a male companion dressed in military gear. Sinise is in town for this week’s GI Film Festival. In the past, Sinise has been honored with a Spirit Award. This year that award will go to actor Lou Diamond Phillips, who hosts the series “An Officer and a Movie” on the Military Channel.
