Though it can sometimes be difficult to tell whether his quotes are real or fictional, it is a good thing for Republican presidential candidate that he doesn’t exist in the television universe of Grey’s Anatomy and Scandal.
According to Entertainment Weekly, a reporter at Tuesday’s Television Critics Association’s press tour asked the leading ladies of the two Shonda Rhimes’ shows how their fictional character would deal with the controversial candidate and their answers weren’t pretty.
“Do you think she would tell him to do something about the hair?” Rhimes joked to Scandal star Kerry Washington.
Washington plays a D.C. “fixer” on the political drama.
“We have a really good hair department on the show,” she replied.

Ellen Pompeo, who plays Dr. Meredith Grey on Grey’s Anatomy, had a much more gruesome answer.
“You could send him over to Meredith, and I could cut his vocal cords out,” she said.
Washington added, “We’ve had characters say outrageous things on our show, so it wouldn’t be out of the question for somebody who says outrageous things to be on our show.”
