This week, the Mortgage News Daily devoted part of their reporting to “Millennials in The Workplace.”
When it comes to the focus, it’s noted that as of the end of this year, Millennials have become “the largest generation in the workplace,” at 35 percent. Such findings have been noted and analyzed before. When it comes to the workforce, “Deloitte research finds about 40% of millennials will be freelancers, temps, independent contractors or solopreneurs in the next 5 years.”

Mortgage News Daily also reported on the cellphone habits of Millennials. For instance, they check their phones 45 times per day on average. When it comes to those Millennials 18-24, 90 percent of them check their phones at least once per hour or constantly.
And such a heavy analysis may have to do with smartphone usage, actually:
So, if you’re told that you check your phone “constantly,” you’re not alone, especially if you’re between the ages of 18-24. After all, most of us do it. Might as well embrace it.
