Hillary Clinton and the mainstream media are constantly asking Republicans to denounce extremists who support them. From the alt-right to David Duke, liberals are constantly reminding conservatives that they’re guilty by association and they should feel ashamed of themselves.
CJ Pearson is now asking the same of Clinton.
The teenager, who has earned hundreds of thousands of supporters for criticizing President Obama’s policies, has also become the target of internet hate.
A countless number of liberal activists have attacked the teenager, saying everything from “you need to get an education,” to using racial slurs, and even telling him that they can’t wait for him to die.
“This past week has been brutal,” Pearson said in a Facebook video addressing Clinton. “I’ve had people call me a n****r for supporting Donald Trump in a Time op-ed.”
Pearson said that he has been “verbally assaulted day in and day out,” and he would like Clinton to denounce the internet trolls who support her. The former First Lady had a similar request for Bernie Sanders when his voters mocked her during the primary.
“I’m asking you, Hillary Clinton, to condemn the liberal activists who have attacked me — a 14-year-old boy — for having an opinion that they just don’t agree with,” the teenager said. “Calling me a litany of names, the most vile things you could ever think of, because I don’t support you, Secretary Clinton.”
