U-T SAN DIEGO — San Diego retirement officials have not docked former Mayor Bob Filner’s pension benefits, even though a judge ordered the reduction as part of Filner’s sentencing on sexual harassment-related charges in December.

Filner has received his full $20,000 annual city pension since Oct. 31. He is also eligible for about $60,000 from a Congressional pension and $15,000 from San Diego State University, which will remain untouched.
