Dan Bongino has a tough message for the Obama administration ahead of November

If Facebook’s any indication, Maryland Republican Dan Bongino has a message to build from after claiming a primary election victory Tuesday.

Bongino, a former secret service agent and congressional candidate running to unseat Democratic Rep. John Delaney, posted a brutally honest review of the Obama administration on his Facebook page on Saturday. The web is loving it.

“We are watching, in real time, the collapse of the big-government model on which the house of liberalism has been built,” Bongino began. “The only question remaining is, when will those on the far left accept the results, rather than the intentions of the big government model?”

The post went on to detail the challenges facing the Obama administration and its failures, and ask where the president has been on these issues.

“He is issuing public statements on how he disagrees with the name of an NFL team. Calling this leadership is either willfully misleading or un-willfully blind.”

Ouch.

“Stand up, fight back, and cede no more ground,” Bongino urged.

More than 2,500 people have agreed with him and “liked” the post. Time will tell if that sort of response will help translate into votes come general election day.

He certainly had enough in Tuesday’s primary, claiming nearly 85 percent of the vote for the right to take on Delaney, who represents Maryland’s 6th Congressional District, in November.

“Our message is simple,” Bongino said, according to WHAG. “Let’s put more money in your wallet. Let’s put your health care policy back in your hands, and let’s choose where your kids go to school. That’s the message. That’s the Republican message, and that’s the message that’s going to win this seat in November. We’re sure of it.”
