A hearing challenging the constitutionality of the Dulles Rail tax district and another Fairfax County transportation tax will be held at 2 p.m. today before Judge Jane Marum Roush in Courtroom 5B of the Fairfax Circuit Court, 4110 Chain Bridge Road, Fairfax.
I personally can’t wait to hear how Judge Roush creatively evades and ignores the law again this time.
