Speaking at Third Way on Tuesday to promote his new book, “The Strange Death of Republican America,” Blumenthal said that in light of Bush, “Reagan is a revered figure [and Bush 41] keeps rising among the ranks of presidents. Soon he will be among the greatest presidents.”
