It’s rare to see official D.C. Council tags on such a hot car. But we spotted this bright yellow convertible Porsche on Monday, with official city tags that read “First Elected City Council Ward 4.”

That would be none other than Arrington Dixon, who indeed was the first council member elected to Ward 4, as well as a former council chairman and a delegate to this year’s Democratic National Convention. Hope his wheels at the convention are equally stylish.
