Washington was awash in movie stars this weekend, and for a change they weren’t lobbying for a pet cause or socializing with politicians, but actually doing their job.

Russell Crowe, Ben Affleck and Rachel McAdams filmed for “State of Play” at the Department of the Interior on Saturday. Then on Sunday, Affleck shot at the Library of Congress, sans his co-stars.
Meanwhile, “Eagle Eye” stars Shia LaBeouf and Ethan Embry filmed at the Pentagon on Saturday under tight security. On Sunday, their co-star Rosario Dawson joined them for her one day ofD.C. shooting.

On Friday night, Pure hosted a troika of NFLers, as the Eagles’ Brian Westbook, the 49ers’ Vernon Davis and the Raiders’ Lamont Jordan hung out until the wee hours.
» Bow Wow and a small entourage strolled through the men’s department of Bloomingdale’s Chevy Chase on Saturday afternoon. The rap star took a look at some Hugo Boss underwear.
