    Smoke rises from the stacks of the main coal plant facility at the Navajo Generating Station in Page, Ariz. The owners of a massive coal-fired power plant on the Navajo Nation voted in February to shut the facility down in 2019 because cheaper power is available from other sources in a decision that could hurt the Navajo and Hopi tribes and cost hundreds of jobs.
