    An agent of the Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency arrests a man picked up in Brockton, Massachusetts. Monday, June 13, 2005 during an effort to arrest illegal immigrants who have been charged with crimes during their time in the United States. Homeland Security officials had a list of 170 individuals targeted for arrest on federal charges.
