    Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey, who is Jewish, told reporters after his budget address Thursday, Aug. 15, 2019 in Minneapolis that Israel should not ban Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn. from visiting that country. Israel said Thursday that it will bar Omar and Rep.
