The accusations of sexual harassment by 11 women against N.Y. Governor Andrew Cuomo paints a damning picture of a powerful man out of step with today’s cultural and workplace mores. But perhaps more damning for Cuomo are the allegations that he may have enlisted staffers and progressive allies to leak the personal file of at least one of his accusers, and his general reputation for hardball politics, a legacy that has alienated many former supporters and enemies alike.
